Bimoba/Moba is a northern Ghanaian language spoken in the Bunkprugu-Nakpanduri district, north of the Konkomba, in parts of Gambaga and Nalerigu in the East Mamprusi District, and in the Garu and Tempane districts (formerly the Garu-Tempane District). However, there are more Bimoba speakers in Tempane, as Kusasi is the dominant language in Garu. Bimoba speakers constitute approximately 370,000, of which about 50,000 live in north-eastern Ghana while the rest live in adjacent areas in Togo.
